Dominic is recognised as an industry leader within the Search & Selection market. He is an ambitious, determined, and a positive individual always looking to develop new business relationships.

Educated at York University, Dominic graduated in Economics & Politics. Upon graduation Dominic was determined to work within Financial Services Search & Selection & wanted to join a business as ambitious & determined as he was. Therefore, when the chance came up to join Mackenzie Stuart in 2005 Dominic felt it was too good an opportunity to refuse.

Dominic chose to specialise in the placement of Management/Board level appointments, typically appointing CFOs, Financial Directors, Financial Controllers, Audit Directors & Corporate Finance executives into a diverse client base both on a permanent & an interim basis. Dominic has a vast network of CEOs, GMDs, CFOs, FDs & HR Directors throughout the UK and due to his success Dominic was promoted rapidly & became joint MD of the firm in 2010

Dominic now has full P&L and board level responsibility for a £25m+ turnover International Executive Search group, with ten companies and 200+ consultants and offices in the UK, North America and the Middle East. He is responsible for all recruitment, training & development, profitability & strategic growth for the entire business, whilst also being a major shareholder in the group.

In his spare time Dominic enjoys spending time with his young family, playing and watching sport and going for long walks in the countryside.

Nichola began on our 2014 Graduate Scheme, consistently performing to the highest of standards and organically progressing her way to Director level, where she shares responsibility for Mackenzie Stuart, globally. Alongside managing day to day operations and company performance, Nichola also heads up our Ingredients, Life, Science, CMO/CDMO and Consumer divisions.

Nichola is a “hands-on” Director with a great reputation within the search and selection industry. She is the preferred partner to many Ingredients companies and is committed to offering the highest executive search and selection services within the industry.

Nick entered executive search following the completion of his Masters Degree in 2005, and within two years was leading the Mackenzie Stuart construction division.

In 2010, Nick was promoted to joint Managing Director with full P&L responsibility, overseeing the expansion of the business from a single company of 17 employees, to a group of ten companies and a headcount of over 200, with multiple offices in the UK and overseas. He has also been involved in the creation and start-up of twelve new executive search businesses within the group.

In 2021 he completed the £15m sale via MBO of one of these new businesses created, and in 2022 he jointly completed the purchase of Mackenzie Stuart once again via an MBO.

Originally from London, Nick studied Politics at Leeds University graduating in 2004, before completing his International Politics MA also at Leeds in 2005.

Will is a Director at Mackenzie Stuart and shares overall leadership responsibility for the firm’s global operations, P&L, sales and strategic development.

After graduating from the University of Leeds with an honour’s degree in Business Management, Will joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2011 as a Consultant within the Energy & Natural Resources practice. Today Will has a broad focus on Industrial related searches and has recruited across a range of sectors including Energy, Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Private Equity and Testing, Inspection & Certification.

As a member of the Board, Will has a particular focus on developing the firm’s profile and relationships, implementing growth strategy, and diversifying the firm’s industry expertise.

David is the Group Financial Controller for the Mackenzie Stuart group of companies, responsible for group reporting, financial management & seeking out new opportunities & efficiencies for the group.

David joined the group in 2022 & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the finance sector operating at board & senior level for various SME companies, David’s experience will help the group to push onwards in its continued growth over the coming years.

Outside of work David when not spending quality time with his young family, he can be found either running or climbing mountains (having recently summited a 4000+ metre mountain in the Atlas Mountains) could the group summit Everest in the near future!!!

Enya Innes is an Executive Consultant within the Ingredients division recruiting specifically within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on mid-to-senior level commercial placements. Her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences/Microbiology allows her to host in-depth discussions with candidates and clients on the technicalities of their profession.

The Ingredients division at Mackenzie Stuart has over 20 years’ experience – in this time we have successfully worked with a vast array of professionals, resulting in us being a well-respected and highly south-after partner for both candidates and clients.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leeds and leverages his experiences in client facing roles to deliver a tailored approach to Executive Search.

Michael heads up the Manufacturing, Automation and Technology team, specialising in the source and supply of experienced professionals within a wide range of functions, Senior Management, Research & Development, Sales and Marketing, Business Development & Strategy, Supply Chain and Operations.

His team specialize in senior and niche appointments across a multitude of verticals within the space including Factory Automation, Machine Vision, Instrumentation, Warehouse Automation, Test & Measurement and Semiconductors. He also works closely with numerous PE-backed Industrial Manufacturing organizations on leadership transformation assignments.

Shinead is the Finance Manager for the Mackenzie Stuart Group of companies and is responsible for all of the day-to-day finance related activities.

After graduating with honours from Leeds Beckett University, Shinead joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2014 as a Finance Assistant and quickly progressed into the Finance Manager role. Shinead’s key responsibilities include monitoring day-to-day financial operations, invoicing and other transactions, purchase ledger, managing sage accounts & providing key documents to the Board and Finance Director.

Outside of work, Shinead is a keen netballer and competes at a high level. When she is not playing netball competitively, Shinead enjoys walks in the countryside, keeping fit in the gym and socialising with friends and family.

Vicky is the Mackenzie Stuart Group HR & Data Protection Manager; she has 5 years of successful experience in employee management and she also oversees the groups data management and compliance functions.

After studying and working in fashion retail management, Vicky decided to change her career path and joined Mackenzie Stuart in 2016 as a receptionist. She quickly showed her ability to manage employee relations and became the company’s first Human Resources Manager. Whilst working at Mackenzie Stuart, she has studied and passed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management.

Vicky is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and is an essential part in helping employees achieve their goals and reach their potential.
