Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international warehouse and logistics solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in Warehouse Automation solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager role, based in Germany.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Meet or exceed order intake goals, demonstrating a strategic approach to market penetration and revenue growth
- Lead efforts in identifying and developing new business opportunities, utilizing industry networks and market research to generate high-quality leads
- Convert leads into formal agreements, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing
- Effectively manage both external (clients, consultants, suppliers) and internal stakeholders, facilitating buy-in and support for solution proposals
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities and enhance value propositions
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in intralogistics
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field
- Native German speaker, and excellent English both verbal and written
- Extensive network within the intralogistics sector in Germany
- Strong negotiating and contractual skills, with legal knowledge to support CAPEX contract negotiations
- In-depth knowledge of automated warehouse solutions and their applications
- Readiness to travel frequently to meet clients across the region
