Mackenzie Stuart is working closely with a leading warehousing solutions company specializing in automation and intralogistics.
They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales efforts across the region, with a focus on meeting and exceeding market share and sales targets.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the sales team to ensure activity, market share, and sales targets are exceeded.
- Building a culture of achievement through a relentless focus on results.
- Reviewing proposals to ensure they meet customer needs and align with quality standards.
- Conducting sales meetings with key and target accounts.
- Leading daily sales huddles to prioritize efforts and coaching team members during ride-along sessions.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans using customer research and industry intel.
- Collaborating with corporate sales and strategy teams to implement effective sales strategies.
- Approving sales orders and commissions while managing overdue accounts with the A/R Manager.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in forklifts or other industrial sales.
- Strong sales management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and an openness to learning new technology.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
