Product Application Manager – MWF’s

Mackenzie Stuart has partnered with a longstanding partner, a Global Lubricant and Metalworking manufacturers, seeking a European Product Application Manager. The role will be centrally responsible for leading interactions with key customers, translating application issues into viable solutions. Candidates MUST have experience within the Aluminium Rolling sector.

Job Description:

• Accountable for providing technical product application support to the frontline sales team in the Non-Ferrous Metals sector across Europe
• By frequently visiting customer production sites, you will identify and understand their needs, effectively communicating these objectives to relevant departments, such as R&D
• Collaborate with other teams to assess and establish technical feasibility and product costs to inform the final proposal
• Conduct presentations for customers on technical and product-related topics in partnership with the sales/key account manager
• Suggest product modifications to meet specific customer needs or requirements.
• Uphold the highest standards of EHS
• Willingness to travel 50%, primarily within Germany and neighbouring countries

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor level education in Chemistry, Engineering or related subjects
• 7+ years’ experience in Technical, Application, Production or Maintenance within the Non-Ferrous metals sector
• Fluency in English
