Key Responsibilities

– Drive technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. –

 Lead the selection and implementation of ERP and CRM systems.

– Develop customer-centric end-to-end technology solutions.

– Oversee project management for automated processes and improvements.

– Build and lead a high-performing IT team while fostering innovation.

Experience Needed:

– 10+ years in logistics or automation industries.

 – Proven experience in managing continuous improvement initiatives.

– Strong background in working with digital systems and technologies.

– Expertise in automation implementation and project management.

– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
