Our client is a growing, forward-thinking Fertility Clinic Network in Women’s Health who deliver personalised treatment to their patients. They are looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.
Role Overview
This executive role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle and ensuring operations are efficient and accurate. You will be working closely with all vertical departments and ensure adherence to policies and procedures among each department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
- 8+ years of leadership experience required
- 7+ years of experience in complex billing functions required, experience in fertility preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and revenue cycle analytics to identify trends, KPIs
- Data driven and process oriented
