Role Overview:
The Sales Director will lead the sales strategy and execution, focusing on building relationships with key customers and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge who can align team efforts to meet ambitious sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the semiconductor sector.
- Build and nurture relationships Tier 1 OEMS with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the IP licensing space, with strong emphasis on GPU technologies; proven success in achieving aggressive sales goals.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and market dynamics, including ASICs, SoCs, and advanced packaging solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
