About: I have partnered with a leading Steel Packaging company who are looking to innovate solutions in the Food and Beverage packaging industry. We’re looking for a dynamic professional to drive our business development efforts across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives to grow market share in the steel and tin packaging sector. Develop and implement robust business development strategies tailored for the Food and Beverage market. Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients whilst Identifying new market opportunities and drive expansion efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and meet client needs and analyze industry trends to inform sales strategies and product development.
Qualifications: Proven experience in business development within the packaging industry, particularly in Food and Beverage. Strong knowledge of steel and tin packaging processes and applications. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to travel as needed across the North America region. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
