You will lead a dynamic sales team, fostering collaboration and excellence while developing innovative approaches to meet and exceed ambitious targets. This executive position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful sales leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a robust sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
– Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and key accounts.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
– Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service offerings.
– Collaborate with global senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
– Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure the achievement of objectives.
– Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and networking with potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development leadership, preferably in the B2B Food Ingredients industry.
– Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully managing complex sales cycles.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
– Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
