Business Development Manager – Line Pipe Sales

  • Goal: Drive significant revenue growth by tapping into new markets, particularly focusing on line pipe sales across the Northeast US.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to boost sales in line pipe.

– Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities in untapped market segments.

– Maintain a strong business development pipeline focused on strategic growth areas.

– Proactively engage potential clients, showcasing tailored line pipe solutions.

– Utilise CRM tools effectively to ensure data integrity and manage sales pipelines.

– Collaborate with leadership to maximise profitability and optimise yield management practices.

– Build and nurture a robust network within the pipe and tube industry.

– Attend relevant industry events and meetings to enhance business relationships and expand the customer base.

– Provide strategic insights and support to senior management regarding commercial activities and market opportunities.

– Stay updated on competitive trends and market dynamics to capture new sales opportunities.

Required Experience:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales management, specifically in pipe and tube.

– Proven track record in line pipe sales, with familiarity in navigating new market territories.

– Established network within the oilfield services and line pipe sectors.

– Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
