Goal: Drive significant revenue growth in France by acquiring new customers and fostering long-term relationships, focusing on LTL and FTL products across trade lanes to Spain, Germany, the UK, and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales growth, emphasizing new customer acquisition in France.
– Maintain a robust business development pipeline aligned with client mix strategy. – Proactively approach potential clients, presenting tailored LTL and FTL supply chain solutions.
– Take ownership of CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and effective pipeline management.
– Collaborate closely with the Managing Director for Benelux to maximize profitability and implement effective yield management.
– Build and maintain a strong network within the logistics sector, attending relevant events and meetings to expand the customer portfolio. – Provide strategic insights and support to leadership on commercial activities and opportunities in the region. – Stay informed on competitive trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Required Experience:
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
– Proven track record in LTL and FTL logistics, with knowledge of trade lanes from France to Spain, Germany, the UK, and Eastern Europe.
– Established network within the logistics sector and understanding of market dynamics. – Fluent in French and English, with excellent ability to inspire and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
