Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align financial plans with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring robust financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and enhance profitability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, capital raising, and corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
