Role Overview:
As the Director of Technical Product Marketing Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful security product engagements while collaborating with customers and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape innovative solutions in a dynamic market, helping to enhance data security and performance across various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic marketing contacts and technical decision-makers at key U.S. accounts to support security requirements and drive design wins, fostering long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and customer engagement plans for market segments, promoting security product integrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, and marketing teams to analyse market requirements, align them with Silicon IP roadmap directives, and create updated collateral that addresses evolving market demands.
- Explore new product opportunities through market research to enhance the company’s offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management or marketing within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of embedded security and data centre technologies, including SOC architectures, standards, protocols, and system deployments that are used and required in segments such as Networking, AI/ML acceleration, Automotive, Defense, IoT, MCU, and FPGAs in general.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders at customers and within the company.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with senior leaders while possessing familiarity with ASIC and FPGA design flows, as well as embedded software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach, complemented by excellent commercial awareness in technical customer engagements and experience in licensing IP technology.
- A proven track record of over 15 years in the SoC industry with a BS in Engineering; an MBA is preferred
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $230,000- $280,000 annually
- Bonus of 15-20% and RSUs available.
Location:
San Jose, California based is essential; 3 days on-site weekly.
