We are partnering with a market-leading Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturer who are seeking a Formulation Scientist to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow a globally renowned Dietary Supplement CDMO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing formulation and process development activities associated with dietary supplements.
- Prepare all required formulation paperwork.
- Preparation of product development reports and product information sheets
- Expected to prepare custom formulations requests from customers via Sales as well as in house stock formulations.
- Keeping the procurement/ingredient database up to date
- Involved in the recording of the developmental process for the formulations.
- Working with senior level management on interpreting results and designing next steps on formulations
- Working with Formulations Manager to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate.
- Offer administrative support to the PTM team.
- Offer technical support to the Sales team and Supply chain.
- Work closely and interacts with the production team regarding products that may need special requirements when in production phase.
- Research and gather information in a timely manner.
- Completing assigned projects with on-time delivery
We are looking for Formulation Scientists with 1-2 years in Dietary Supplements who are ready for their next challenge in the industry.
Must have matric and tertiary qualification (BSc, Physiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, M.S (Master of Science) Pharm. / Chemistry is preferred).
