Mackenzie Stuart is working closely with a leading warehousing solutions company specializing in automation and intralogistics. This dynamic and expanding company is recognized for its cutting-edge warehouse automation solutions.
We are currently seeking a Head of Intralogistics, based in Nashville, Tennessee.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the sales, design, and execution of intralogistics solutions, including warehouse design, racking, ASRS, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.
- Collaborate with sales reps and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customer applications.
- Drive business development and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, solution providers, and clients.
- Oversee CAD designs, project implementation, and ensure system solutions meet client requirements.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for warehouse automation solutions.
- Train and guide the sales team in identifying opportunities and performing due diligence.
- Manage assigned engineering and sales staff to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial engineering, material handling robotics, automation, or technical sales.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams and overseeing projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed warehouse designs.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in engineering preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and experience selling multi-million-dollar systems.
