Head of Sales, BD, and Marketing – Denmark – Semiconductor Industry

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative company in the power semiconductor industry, developing advanced power delivery solutions for global markets. They are looking for a Head of Sales, BD, and Marketing to drive growth and strengthen market presence.

Role Overview:

This senior leadership role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including leading global sales, driving business development initiatives, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. An ideal candidate will have deep experience in the semiconductor industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven record in leadership and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy: Lead direct and indirect sales efforts across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, establishing key performance goals to drive growth in the power semiconductor market.
  • Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within high-growth sectors, forming strategic alliances with distribution partners to extend market reach.
  • Customer and Account Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with major global accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy and Branding: Define and implement a global marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, coordinating product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Product Positioning and Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to guide product positioning and identify key market trends, providing insight for R&D alignment and product development priorities.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in sales, business development, and marketing within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and customer acquisition through strategic sales leadership and direct account management.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a background in international market development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred).

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and a relocation package.
