Role Overview:
The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in fostering and promoting quality culture by engaging and supporting engineering teams in meeting our commitments. This position is designed for a proactive individual who excels in a technical environment and possesses strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Quality Management System.
- Define and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the creation of Work Instructions. Establish Quality KPIs and develop the corresponding control strategy.
- Organize Continuous Improvement activities in collaboration with the Process Lead.
- Support certification and customer audits as required.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Provide Quality training resources to engineering teams
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Science with a major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science.
- Fluent in English and French.
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Management within technical fields (electronics/semi-conductor assembly, R&D, engineering).
- Certified or familiar with international standards VDA6.3, IATF 16949, & ISO.
- Proficient in Quality principles, frameworks, and techniques (LEAN, Kaizen, 8D).
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
