R&D Chemist – Inks

Entry Level to Mid Level. Open to entry level candidates with Masters experience as well as experiences candidates in the industry.

• Design and develop new formulations for UV and water-based inkjet inks.
• Optimize existing formulations to improve performance, stability, and compatibility with various substrates.
• Evaluate raw materials such as resins, pigments, additives, and solvents for ink formulation.
• Visiting customers to follow up on projects.
• Conduct compatibility tests and assess the performance of materials in ink formulations.
• Perform physical and chemical tests on ink formulations to ensure quality and performance standards (e.g., viscosity, surface tension, pH, curing properties).
• Analyze and interpret test results to troubleshoot formulation issues and refine formulations.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and test results.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
