Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with a leading TIC company that specializes within Testing, Inspection & Certification services for Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy & Maritime customers.
Our client is recruiting for a Regional Manager in Germany who will be able to work remotely with the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to meet face-to-face with German clients.
This role will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, improving operational efficiencies and leading a large team of specialised individuals within the Offshore sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the organisations footprint within the specified markets
- Effectively manage the existing personnel of the Offshore business unit to deliver exceptional productivity returns
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, aligning with organisational objectives
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders and industry partners
- Keep up to date with key industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of Man Management Experience within Offshore TIC Industries
