Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international warehousing solutions company. The company is an exciting, growing company in warehouse automation solutions.
We are currently hiring for a Business Development Manager role, based Illinois, US.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Be the first and main point of contact with the customer, through the whole sales process and to aid project management in the deployment
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with the vision of increasing revenue growth and market share
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Using data, analyse customer needs in order to create new sales channels
- Contract negotiations with clients from enquiries to quotations
- Having a complete understanding of the product range that is being sold
- Be a key collaborator in marketing, project development and execution
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years’ industry or sales experience in intralogistics automation
- Experience leading technical sales projects
- Excellent communication skills, and a strong business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in a relevant area (preferred)
- Experience selling multi-million dollar systems
