We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their Flow Meters division across Europe.
Position Overview: As the Sales Manager for Flow Meters across Europe, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring flow meter solutions are effectively promoted and sold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Flow Meters in Europe.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts, distributors, and OEM partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product launches and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the defined budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the process automation industry, with a focus on flow meters or related products.
- Strong understanding of flow measurement technology and its applications in industrial processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed.
- Fluent in German; other European language proficiency is advantageous.
