We are seeking dynamic Sales Managers dedicated to advancing the company’s growth by expanding its market presence and driving revenue across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead client acquisition efforts by generating and nurturing new business leads and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry engagement.
- Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and fostering trust.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to create and deliver compelling, tailored solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Provide regular, comprehensive updates to the Director of Integrated Solutions on client interactions, pipeline status, and progress toward sales targets.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling complex automated solutions, ideally within the fields of conveyors, forklifts, AGVs, AS/RS, or other industrial automation systems.
- Proven ability to establish new business, leveraging a network of industry contacts developed and maintained over time.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with a deep understanding of the industrial automation market.
