Role Overview:
As a Senior Field Application Engineer, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, supporting customers across California and Texas. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate advanced NoC technology into customer SoC designs, providing technical expertise and training while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful implementation and optimisation of cutting-edge interconnect solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Guide customers through integrating NoC technology into their SoC designs, leveraging deep knowledge of digital design and system architecture.
- Customer Support: Provide hands-on training, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure customer success through proactive problem-solving.
- Strategic Collaboration: Interface between customers and internal R&D teams to communicate technical requirements and escalate feature improvement requests.
- Market Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, showcasing technology value to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills: 3–5+ years in front-end digital SoC design with expertise in RTL-to-synthesis workflows, AMBA AXI 3 & 4 protocols, and SoC architecture methodologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ARM or RISC-V ecosystems, cache coherency, on-chip networks, HDL simulation, and scripting languages (Python, TCL, UNIX/Linux).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Location:
Candidates must be based in California or Texas, with an estimated travel requirement of 15–25%.
