Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international HVAC equipment distributor. We are currently recruiting for a Territory Manager specialized in selling commercial & residential HVAC equipment, based in the Wisconsin
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Identify, track and establish new opportunities and leads within Wisconsin for electrical and mechanical HVAC equipment
- Initiate, develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, using an existing network within the industry
- Work with customers to help troubleshoot problems and propose viable solutions
- Develop good, effective client relationships, with an important focus on client retention
- Lead sales teams through the full sales cycle, including assisting inside sales representatives with quotations and order processing
- Track HVAC projects and develop HVAC project strategies to win project orders
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 7+ years’ HVAC selling experience within the Midwest, particularly Wisconsin
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience identifying and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Full driver’s license
