Job Description:
As a Territory Manager within the Kitchen and Bath sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing profitability within your assigned territory. Leveraging your expertise in the building materials industry, you will represent brands with professionalism and integrity while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and designers.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to increase sales and market penetration.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training sessions to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and build professional connections.
- Uphold company policies and standards while adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the building materials or kitchen and bath industry.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
