Mackenzie Stuart are working in partnership with a Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturer which specialises in vitamins, minerals, supplements and sports nutrition. They are looking for a VP Marketing who is a seasoned marketing executive with experience in supplement branding and retail execution. Experience in launching and scaling brands is vital.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business and leadership team and key stakeholders to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established customer/HCP base in current and new business channels
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in health care product marketing with director-level responsibilities, and a strong track record of measurable success
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
- Successful product launch and new product introduction experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
