Enya Innes is an Executive Consultant within the Ingredients division recruiting specifically within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on mid-to-senior level commercial placements. Her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences/Microbiology allows her to host in-depth discussions with candidates and clients on the technicalities of their profession.

George works closely with a diverse group of clients in the Personal Care Ingredients market, supporting and assisting in the consulting, search, and selection of industry experts. During his tenure with the firm, he has been instrumental in delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions and has a wealth of international experience partnering with private, large public and private equity backed companies.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leeds and leverages his experiences in client facing roles to deliver a tailored approach to Executive Search.

Harry Francis is a Managing Consultant leading the Global Animal Health & US Veterinary Services team. He is highly regarded in the Animal Health and US Veterinary Services Sector, working extensively with the industry’s leading and fastest growing Corporate Veterinary Groups. He also works extensively with manufacturers & distributers of veterinary biological, diagnostic, pharmaceutical & therapeutic products, having placed candidates in APAC, Europe, & United States across Commercial. Technical, R&D, Regulatory and Leadership functions.

His team also work in Animal Nutrition, with an extensive network of candidates and clients specializing in the manufacturing or distribution of nutritional and specialty ingredient products.

Nichola began on our 2014 Graduate Scheme, consistently performing to the highest of standards and organically progressing her way to Director level, where she shares responsibility for Mackenzie Stuart, globally.
